Welcome to Ascend Academy. By accessing our website, registering for courses, attending Google Meet live sessions, or accessing study materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment & Batch Allocation

Enrollment into any batch (NEET Target, JEE Advanced, Dropper, or Foundation) is subject to seat availability and payment of required registration/tuition fees. Ascend Academy reserves the right to reassign batch schedules or faculty due to scheduling emergencies.

2. Code of Conduct in Live Classrooms

Students must maintain academic discipline during live Google Meet classes. Abusive language, unauthorized screen recording, spamming chat, or disrupting faculty dialogue will lead to immediate expulsion from the session and potential cancellation of admission without refund.

3. Intellectual Property of Study Materials

All DPPs, chapter booklets, test series questions, video recordings, and notes provided by Ascend Academy are our exclusive copyrighted property. Redistribution, reproduction, re-uploading to Telegram, WhatsApp channels, or YouTube is strictly illegal and subject to legal prosecution.

4. Payment & Installments

Tuition fees must be cleared on or before the due dates specified in your admission allotment letter. Failure to clear installments may lead to temporary suspension of class links and portal access.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of course enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
