Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ascend Academy, we believe in complete fairness and transparency. We offer demo classes before enrollment so every student and parent can evaluate our teaching methodology.

1. Pre-Enrollment Trial Classes

We provide free trial classes on Google Meet so you can experience live interaction with our faculty before making any fee commitment. We strongly encourage all aspirants to attend a demo session prior to fee payment.

2. Refund Window After Batch Commencement

If an enrolled student wishes to discontinue a program, the refund request must be officially submitted in writing to info@ascendacademy.in according to the following schedule:

• Within 7 days of batch start: 100% of the tuition fee refunded (minus a ₹2,000 nominal administrative & study material dispatch fee).
• Between 8 and 14 days: 50% of the tuition fee refunded.
• Beyond 14 days: No refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, as batch seats are capped and committed for the academic year.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Printed study kit / courier charges once books have been physically dispatched.
• Applicable GST government taxes paid at the time of invoice generation.
• One-time registration / entrance assessment fees.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited directly to the original bank account or UPI source within 7 to 10 working days from the date of written approval by the accounts council.
